Job Summary The Chief Medical Officer is a key member of the Senior Executive team, engaged in defining the overall business strategy and direction of the organization. Leads the overall clinic vision for the organization and provides clinical direction to the Health Management Network, Product and Credentialing divisions. Provides medical oversight and leadership to ensure the delivery of affordable quality healthcare services.

Ability to problem solve within a multi-disciplinary environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills to include written and verbal communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards, national, state and local regulations and practice guidelines.
Ability to analyze complex problems and situations and realize potential effects of proposed actions.
Work Experience Ten years of clinical experience is required. Extensive experience with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Ten years of experience in management or leadership role is required.
License/Registration/Certification Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas is required.
Education and Training Degree in medicine from an accredited school is required.
