A Brief Overview The Sr. Director of Services Growth & Development will partner with a designated Sales region to define and execute a services growth strategy, identify priority accounts, drive service penetration, and support opportunity development and closure. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Job Responsibilities

Partner with Sales leadership to define and execute a services growth strategy focused on key accounts and sub‑regions.

Align closely with AVPs and regional leaders to prioritize accounts and ensure consistent engagement in shaping and solutioning opportunities across SC&E.

Participate in sales activities, shape customer conversations, validate opportunity scope and engage the right SMEs early.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing insight into account dynamics and ensuring the right people are engaged at the right time.

Work with Solution Area practice leaders, delivery teams, and solution architects to align capabilities with customer needs and develop strategic messaging.

Coordinate across the broader WWT organization to ensure timely, integrated engagement and review.

Maintain awareness of regional business activity and provide regular updates and strategic advice to sales leadership.

Identify enablement and activation needs and recommend actions to strengthen account penetration and solution adoption.

Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to influence decision‑making and accelerate services growth.

Ensure WWT resources are positioned as trusted advisors early in the buying cycle.

Oversee the development of major proposals and support strategic initiatives; identify and drive pursuits to increase deal sizes.

Track and report on critical performance metrics and business outcomes, providing executive insights and strategic recommendations based on data and market analysis.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT services/consulting strategy, solutions architecture leadership, or sales enablement/strategy in a technology services organization.

Strong understanding of sales processes, enterprise account planning, consulting services, and solution‑selling motions.

Ability to navigate complex account structures and coordinate across multiple teams.

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with executive‑level stakeholders.

Experience managing large enterprise accounts and complex solution sales.

Broad understanding of technology across WWT Solutions domains and ability to align solutions with market competitiveness.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results.

Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.

Familiarity with integrated technology solutions and emerging technologies in a consulting environment.

Focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering high‑quality results.

Uphholding professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions.

Travel Requirements Up to 25% of the time, domestic and international travel.

Location Requirements St. Louis – highly preferred. Open to the Midwest Region.

Salary The estimated base pay range for this position is $225,000 – $275,000 annually. Actual salary will depend on various factors including location, experience, and performance.
