He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and even graduated first in his class. After receiving his DDS, he completed a two year residency in pediatric dentistry in Le Bonheur Hospital and the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Williams has completed training in office sedation and in-hospital general anesthesia. He has also completed special training in working with special needs patients, so that all children have access to quality care. **Arkansas** is a state in the southern region of the United States, known for its diverse geography, rich history, and southern hospitality. It is bordered by Missouri to the north, Tennessee and Mississippi to the east, Louisiana to the south, Texas to the southwest, and Oklahoma to the west. The capital and largest city is Little Rock.
