Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Hire, manage and motivate your team to operate at a high level
Drive and create sales by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals
Make sure customers are receiving the ultimate experience from your team
Lead by example; follow all policies and procedures at all times
About You
High School or equivalent
1‑3 years of retail management experience
Understanding of Shoe Palace’s culture of opportunity and change
People skills to grow your team
Desire to work hard and be successful
Computer savvy
Honesty and loyalty; we need a strong leader for a strong team
Preferred (but not required)
Experience selling athletic shoes
Experience working with a growing company
