JOB SUMMARY The Neuropsychologist is responsible for evaluating and diagnosing individuals with neurological and neurobehavioral disorders. Referrals come from a range of primary care providers and medical specialists. We have a busy outpatient practice and also receive inpatient consults from our 298‑bed hospital, which includes 34 intensive care beds, a Certified Primary Stroke Center, Level II adult and pediatric trauma teams, and both adult and pediatric subacute rehabilitation units. We are especially interested in a pediatric or lifespan neuropsychologist but will consider applications from neuropsychologists who specialize in adults.

EDUCATION

Minimum Required: Ph.D. or PsyD. Psychologist.

Preferred/Optional: None.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required: Successfully completed at least one year of fellowship/postdoctoral studies in neuropsychology; ABPP/ABCN Board eligible.

Preferred/Optional: Completion of 2‑year fellowship/postdoc; Two to five years of recent work experience in neuropsychology; ABBP/ABCN board certified.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSING

Minimum Required: Current Wisconsin license to practice psychology or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin.

Preferred/Optional: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire. Otherwise, BLS certification required within three months of hire.
