We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our client's team, helping to expand into new markets such as culinary, fashion, and beauty. This in-person role is based in Boston and involves owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and CEO, with opportunities to influence sales strategies and accelerate your career growth. Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with team leaders to develop and refine sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Travel to customer meetings and industry events as needed. Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role in B2B SaaS. Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies and trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed quotas. Willingness to mentor and delegate to junior team members. Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events. Preferred Skills
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and Clay. Startup experience. Knowledge of healthcare benefits and flexible PTO policies. Additional Details
This role offers a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, plus commission. It is a full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company equity, and a $500 reimbursement for fitness activities.
