Systems Analyst
with emphasis on SAP and UKG!
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our manufacturing sites to understand business needs, identify technology and process improvements, and drive strategic initiatives. If you're passionate about building strong relationships, leading impactful projects, and using technology to enhance business performance, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, identifying opportunities for process improvements and offering consultative support. Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support innovation and manage RFI/RFP processes. Collaborate with business leaders to define solution requirements aligned with strategic goals and desired business outcomes. Develop business process models and gather user requirements with quality documentation and logical design. Partner with IT and business teams to recommend and implement innovative technology solutions. Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide ongoing support to maintain system quality. Contribute to project planning, issue resolution, status communication, and change management efforts. Participate in or lead business process improvement initiatives using Lean and continuous improvement principles. Perform basic configuration or development tasks, including deployment and maintenance in production environments. Provide 24/7 troubleshooting and support to ensure systems meet user needs, maintaining strong customer service standards. Some travel to our manufacturing sites to assess SAP and UKG usage to collect insights and broader needs Basic Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience in an IT liaison role working with key stakeholders in the business where you are involved with process design, requirements gathering, configuration and testing SAS based or other large ERP system experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 4+ years of experience in an IT liaison role working with key stakeholders in manufacturing plants involving UKG process design, requirements gathering, configuration and testing Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $73,500 $122,500 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Education:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Years of Related Experience:
3-6 years related experience KSAs (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities):
Intermediate understanding of assigned business unit's industry (i.e. consumer packaged goods, retail, manufacturing, logistics or finance); Knowledge of business and strategic planning process and principles, theories, and concepts; Intermediate knowledge of systems development principles, theories and concepts; Intermediate change management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficient in the operation of a personal computer in a Windows environment to include the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; Intermediate numeric data analysis skills; Intermediate knowledge of Lean / six sigma / continuous improvement; Basic project management skills; Strong customer service skills; Teamwork focus; Strong organizational skills; Business process management and modeling skills.
