This role involves supporting enterprise applications, managing system access, configurations, user support, data operations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within energy infrastructure projects. The position is based onsite in Austin or Houston, TX, and offers opportunities for growth, mentorship, and involvement in strategic system improvements. Key Responsibilities include: Managing user access and permissions across enterprise systems. Supporting application configurations and maintenance. Providing user support and troubleshooting issues. Maintaining data integrity and supporting reporting needs. Collaborating with various departments to optimize workflows. Creating documentation and training materials for users. Qualifications: 25 years experience in systems support, IT analysis, or ERP administration. Familiarity with business applications in finance, procurement, or inventory, especially in energy or construction industries. Experience with platforms like NetSuite, Gatekeeper, Enverus, Adaptive, and Concur is a plus. Understanding of accounting workflows and general ledger impacts. Proficiency in system configuration, access management, and documentation. Strong interpersonal and training skills. Proficiency in Excel and Office tools.
