Overview Join our Enterprise Performance Management practice within Finance Consulting services to work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and treasurers. Our team helps clients optimize financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics processes to provide actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
Lead and deliver finance transformation projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years in Data Management, Data Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related roles.
3+ years experience with data analysis tools and cloud technologies.
2+ years managing teams or in leadership roles.
Knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
Experience with Python, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Additional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
