The role involves managing cases through all phases of litigation, from initial filing through trial or resolution, and overseeing a dedicated support team. Location: Houston, Texas Duties: Manage a high-volume caseload of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation matters Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings Conduct and defend depositions Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel Supervise a team of paralegals and support staff Provide strategic leadership on litigation matters and trial preparation Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure deadlines are met Foster strong attorney-client relationships throughout the litigation process Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury Trial experience strongly preferred In-depth knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure Proven ability to handle high caseloads efficiently and effectively Demonstrated leadership and case management capabilities Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications: Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar Skills: Legal research and persuasive writing Strong oral advocacy and courtroom presence Case evaluation and litigation strategy development Negotiation and settlement expertise Staff supervision and team leadership High attention to detail and organizational proficiency Client-focused communication and responsiveness Additional commission based on resolved cases Supportive, team-oriented firm culture Opportunity to lead high-impact cases in a respected litigation practice Company info BCG Attorney Search 10777 Westheimer, Suite 1100 Houston Texas United States 77042 Phone :
