Pay Range: $41.44 - $67.44 per hour

Summary The principal responsibilities include providing clinical services and participating in clinical projects. The role requires exemplifying Rush's mission, vision, and values, and acting in accordance with policies and procedures.
Required Job Qualifications
Completed a Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology. Applicants with degrees conferred after January 1, 2008, must have a doctoral degree in Audiology.
Currently holds or is eligible for Illinois licensure in Audiology.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosis and rehabilitation planning.
Skills to supervise student clinicians effectively.
Professional, flexible, positive attitude in all situations.
Good interpersonal skills to ensure excellent customer service.
Ability to manage a high-volume, variable caseload with good organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Administer and interpret diagnostic tests for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics.
Provide comprehensive auditory rehabilitation services.
Participate in special clinical projects such as cochlear implants, newborn screening, hearing aid dispensing, vestibular assessment, or quality outcomes.
Support educational and service missions of Rush University Medical Center.
Meet clinical and professional standards as per Level 1 of the CDS Clinical Career Ladder program.
