The Good Feet Store is a specialty retail store committed to health, wellness, and quality of life improvement by selling custom-fit Arch Support systems and other products tailored to our clients’ needs. Our Store Managers are fully trained Certified Arch Support Specialists (2-week Paid Training and Certification provided). They assess client needs, educate on benefits, recommend products, and lead a team to do the same.

Train and develop team members to meet goals
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships
Analyze data to drive sales
Educate customers on product benefits
Oversee store operations, including inventory
Lead by example and support team growth
Requirements
3+ years in sales and store management in a customer-facing role
Experience in generating new business and exceeding goals
Leadership skills and ability to foster a positive culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, POS, etc.)
Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
