We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of a growing organization. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing operational strategies, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring business performance meets or exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of operational excellence, financial acumen, and executive-level decision-making. Position Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Oversee daily operations and ensure all business functions align with strategic goals. Develop and implement scalable systems and processes to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Strategic Planning & Execution

Collaborate with the executive team to define business objectives and drive long-term growth. Translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans with measurable results.

Team Development

Lead and mentor senior leadership and departmental heads to build high-performing teams. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Financial Oversight

Manage budgets, forecasts, and key financial metrics in coordination with the CFO. Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational risks, ensuring financial targets are met.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board of directors. Represent operations in strategic partnerships, vendor relationships, and external collaborations.

Prerequisites

15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operational or executive role. Demonstrated success leading business operations in complex, high-growth environments. Strong understanding of business strategy, financial modeling, and operational analytics.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree. Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.

What the Role Offers
