We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who will play a crucial role in driving talent acquisition strategies for our global teams. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions across regions including Europe, Asia, and Latin America
Suggest and contribute to necessary optimization in recruiting processes
Research and onboard new tools for recruitment automation
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates
Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
Participate in other HR projects
Requirements
3-5 years of in-house recruitment experience in tech or product companies
Ability to manage up to 10 positions simultaneously while ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (We use Workable and Hibob)
Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving processes, driving innovation, and implementing best practices
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Proficiency in English (written & spoken) is a must. Russian is nice to have.
