Job Overview Darkhive LLC is a robotics company focused on public safety and defense. The Technical Recruiter (also known as Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist) will lead the full‑cycle recruitment of engineers and related roles, working hybrid in San Antonio, Texas (2–3 days per week in office). Some travel to recruiting events may be required. Responsibilities Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, and verbal offer negotiation. Technical Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online platforms, networking events, and industry databases, to identify and attract qualified professionals. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience. Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Technical Screening: Conduct thorough technical screenings to assess candidates' skills and experience, ensuring alignment with job requirements. Market Research: Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor activity, and talent market conditions to inform recruitment strategies. Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. Employer Branding: Represent the company at industry events and promote our employer brand to attract top talent. ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the ATS. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on engineering (hardware, electrical, software, etc). Proven track record of successfully recruiting engineers and office support positions. Strong understanding of aerospace technologies and industry trends. Excellent sourcing and networking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using ATS (Paylocity) and other recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to multi‑task several open positions in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of employment laws and government contractor regulations. Eligibility to work in the United States. Bonus Qualifications Experience recruiting in the drone industry. Experience recruiting for government contracting and/or security clearance positions. Professional certification (AIRS). U.S. Military Veteran, Reservist, or Guard. Physical and/or Mental Requirements Ability to sit and/or stand for periods of time. Ability to use a keyboard, mouse, and other equipment with or without accommodations. Ability to maintain awareness during business hours. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Excellent written and verbal communication and good command of the English language. Learns and memorizes routine tasks.
