HR Manager

This HR Manager position supports two locations within the Specialty Thin Film Division: the Ultrasource location in Hollis, NH, and the Centerline location in Hudson, MA. The role provides full‑cycle human resources support, working closely with site leaders in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational change. As a key contributor you will execute employee engagement initiatives, deliver exceptional internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.
What you will be doing
Partner with site leaders to oversee and execute key talent management processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, promotions, change leadership, and organizational design and development.
Take a hands‑on approach with leaders to drive business results, improve working relationships, strengthen morale, and increase productivity and employee engagement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing business decisions and outcomes.
Collaborate with HR team members to analyze trends and metrics that inform meaningful program and policy decisions.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day‑to‑day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provide day‑to‑day performance‑management guidance to managers, including coaching, counseling, career development, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with other HR team members on projects or for input on HR‑related programs and practices.
Act as a neutral party, providing a balanced perspective for both employees and leaders.
What you will bring along
BS in Human Resources or Business Management.
2+ years of related experience in Human Resources.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Solid analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday is beneficial.
Positive attitude and a team‑player mindset.
