Hospitality Accounting Manager | Haddonfield, NJ Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually + bonus up to 10% of base salary Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr A leading hospitality group committed to delivering exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance. Supervise and mentor accounting staff. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of hospitality industry financial practices. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
