Executive Chef - Indianapolis, IN Compass Group USA Salary: $76,000 - $92,000 Job Summary Working as an Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates, oversee all safety and sanitation, and handle all cost controls for the account. You will also develop menus, manage inventory, and roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
