The Opportunity: CPO The company is seeking a
CPO
to lead the full product lifecycle for its physical AI portfolio. This is a senior executive role with responsibility for product direction, technical integration, and long-term product strategy.
The CPO will guide multidisciplinary teams responsible for robotics, applied AI, sensing, control systems, simulation, and product release. The executive will ensure that every product decision connects scientific research with user adoption, operational efficiency, and enterprise-grade reliability.
Responsibilities Product Vision and Portfolio Leadership
Set the strategic direction for the company’s physical AI product lines.
Translate research in robotics, AI control, and embodied learning into commercially viable solutions.
Maintain a product pipeline that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and customer needs.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with engineering, industrial design, hardware, and AI research teams to ensure that product development progresses at a predictable rate.
Establish clear workflows for requirement gathering, prototyping, integration, validation, and pre-production testing.
Scalability and Reliability
Oversee performance standards for autonomy, safety, fault tolerance, sensor fusion, and real-time control.
Implement product testing frameworks that validate behavior across diverse operating conditions.
Customer and Market Alignment

Candidate Profile
Fifteen or more years of experience in product leadership across robotics, physical AI, or advanced hardware systems.
Familiarity with machine learning, computer vision, reinforcement learning, sensor technologies, and control engineering.
Proven track record in building and shipping complex integrated products at scale.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, field reliability, and safety assurance for physical systems.
Ability to manage large cross-functional teams and maintain clarity across research, engineering, and operations.
Compensation and Structure
Incentive Bonus:
Up to 120% of base salary tied to product performance and launch milestones
Equity:
1.5 to 3.5% fully diluted
