About the Role
As a Founding AI Engineer at Cenna, you will spearhead the development of our AI-driven agentic services platform. You will design and implement cutting-edge AI models and systems, shaping the core intelligence that powers our products and delivers transformative user experiences.
Responsibilities
Build multi-modal compound agentic systems
Develop and deploy AI/ML models to drive Cenna's agentic capabilities
Finetune SLMs/ VLMs for performance, scalability, and efficiency
Collaborate with engineers to build robust data pipelines for training and inference
Work with product teams to integrate AI solutions into the platform
Stay ahead of AI research trends to incorporate state-of-the-art techniques
Mentor team members on AI best practices and methodologies
Requirements
5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
Expertise in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and data science
Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to Have
Deep understanding of agentic AI systems, generative AI models & MCPs
Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps platforms
Contributions to AI-related open-source projects
Experience in a startup or fast-paced innovation environment
