Position Description UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA – DAVIS PEDIATRIC OTOLARYNGOLOGIST – The Department of Otolaryngology‑Head & Neck Surgery at the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine, located at the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California, is seeking one academic, full‑time Assistant or Associate Professor level Pediatric Otolaryngologist in the clinical X series. The candidate will participate in clinical, teaching and research programs. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the candidate will be expected to fully participate in departmental programs, including teaching medical students and residents, and must be able to work cooperatively and collegially within a diverse environment. The candidate will work in both the Sacramento clinic and a community practice in Rocklin or Folsom.

The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship will not be offered for this position.

Responsibilities • Clinical care of pediatric otolaryngology patients in the Sacramento clinic and community practice. • Teaching medical students and residents. • Participation in departmental and academic programs. • Conducting research and scholarly activities.

Basic Qualifications

MD/DO degree

Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology

Eligible for a California medical license

Fellowship trained in Pediatric Otolaryngology

Able to work in the United States
