Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system, including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate disorders, and erectile dysfunction.

Perform urological surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures, to treat a variety of conditions.

Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds, cystoscopies, and urodynamic studies.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis and medical history.

Provide counseling on preventative measures and lifestyle modifications to improve urological health.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nephrologists, oncologists, and primary care physicians, to provide comprehensive care.

Educate patients on urological health, treatment options, and postoperative care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Stay current with advancements in urology, including new treatments, surgical techniques, and technologies.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with specialization in Urology.

Board certification in Urology.

Valid state medical license to practice.

Extensive experience in both clinical and surgical urology.

Proficiency in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries is a plus.

Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
