is seeking an

Assistant Medical Director for the Hospitalist Team

to join our campus at Howard County Medical Center in Columbia, Maryland. As a hospitalist and leader at JHCP Howard County, you will work beside the most talented staff and enjoy extensive benefits and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Most days, some nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities Provide exceptional quality inpatient care to our patients and leadership to the hospitalist team.

Required Qualifications

Unrestricted Medical License in Maryland

Board eligible or certified in Internal Medicine

CPR Certification required (AHA and RQI CPR)

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership experience managing a large hospitalist/nocturnist team

Strong communication skills

Scheduling experience with Q‑Genda

Experience with RVU model, budgeting, and staffing

Data analysis
