ResponsibilitiesandDuties:
Participateinpre-constructionactivitiesasneeded
Actasliaisonwiththeclient,architect,consultants,andtheDepartmentofBuildingInspection
Interfacewithsitesupervisors;lookforandimplementinnovativeconstructionmethods
Prepareandmaintainprojectschedules
Prepareprojectdocuments–clientchangeorders,subcontracts,subcontractorchangeorders,meetingminutes,letters,memorandums,notices,etc.
Coordinatingwithonsitecontractorsinplanningandcoordinatingthestagesofconnectingnewsystemswithexistingutilitysystems
Controlandmonitorsubcontractorsandmonitortheirperformance
Managecostchanges,tracklegitimatechangeordersrequests,compilefairpricingforworkandforecastfinancialresultsaccurately
Reviewandexpeditesubmittalsandmaterials,aswellasmonitorcriticalmaterialitemsanddeliveries
Maintainqualitycontrolandproductionefficiency
Maintainimmediateanddirectresponsibilityforproductionphasesoftheproject;resolveproductionproblems
Overseethatjobsitesafetyproceduresarebeingfollowed
ProvidefeedbackonproductioncoststotheEstimatingDepartment
Developandleadthemarketresearchexecutionplanforproductdesignalternativesthatfitprojectbudgetanddesignintent
Createthedesign/procurementexecutionplansthatfulfillcontractualprojectscopeobligationsandprovidepotentialcostsavingdesignandenergyefficientsolutionsbasedoncurrentsubtier(supplier,manufacturer)markettrends
