Board Certified/Board Eligible GI Hospitalist
to join our growing teams at
Carilion New River Valley Medical Center and Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital , our flagship academic medical center and Level 1 trauma center.

Position Highlights
100% inpatient
GI practice; procedures and consultative care
Seven-on/seven-off
schedule for optimal work-life balance
Collaborate with a dedicated and experienced team of gastroenterologists, advanced practice providers, and hospitalists
Access to advanced endoscopic equipment and technology
Academic appointment available with the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine
Support for clinical research and teaching if desired
J1 sponsorship available
Qualifications
MD/DO degree with completion of a GI fellowship
Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology
Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Virginia
Strong clinical skills and interest in inpatient GI care
Commitment to team-based care and patient satisfaction
