The anticipated salary range for this role is between $73,000.00 and $93,000.00. The specific salary offered will depend on individual qualifications, experiences, and market conditions at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive. The IT Delivery Coordinator supports the successful execution of IT service initiatives, working closely with internal teams and business partners to coordinate the delivery of solutions that enhance the end user experience. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, tracking delivery efforts, cross-team collaboration, vendor support, and ensuring services meet quality standards, timelines, and business needs. Role Objectives
Support end-to-end coordination of IT service delivery tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are tracked. Assist in managing daily operations related to desktop, mobile, and workplace technologies. Monitor and follow up on service tickets, milestones, and vendor commitments to ensure timely resolution. Contribute to documentation of service processes, delivery plans, and reports for continuous improvement. Support service initiatives aligned with business objectives. Qualifications And Skills
2+ years of experience in Service Delivery, IT Coordination, Project Support, or Business Operations Strong communication and documentation skills Familiarity with asset management, vendor coordination, or process improvement Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Systems, or relevant experience Additional Requirements
