Your role
Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee the quality of XHAUL products defining and executing a complete test list optimized by the different testing technics either manual or automatic.
You will be responsible for preparing the correct environments, defining the best test strategy, and preparing test suites and cases for automation (using Python scripts).
You will collaborate with the design (Hardware, Software and Firmware) and system architecture departments of the Business Unit to properly define an exhaustive test list with an Agile approach with a continuous support of senior Network Integration Engineer.

Applied R&D (AR) consists of target-oriented research either with the goal of solving a particular problem / answering a specific question or for multi-discipline design, development, and implementation of hardware, software, and systems including maintenance support. Supplies techno-economic consulting to clients. Applied Research & Development work is characterized by its detailed and complex nature in order to systematically combine existing knowledge and practices to further developing and incrementally improving products, operational processes, and customer-specific feature development.
Integration, Verification & Testing comprises the integration of Software and / or Hardware or system components into system, platform, product releases, or networks and verifies the integrated entity or network against particular requirements and specifications. Covers setup and maintenance of laboratory and associated equipment, tools, and devices. Qualifications You have/are: A bachelor / master's degree in electronic engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Engineering or equivalent. Software competencies and good at software languages (Python mainly) Radio propagation skills Networking skills A Problem solver Proactive A Rigorous approach in defining test cases, executing them and reporting to development departments. Strong commitment to continuously improving testing practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with system architects, firmware, and software designers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
It would be nice if you also had: •Expertise in radio propagation protocols to effectively test and troubleshoot wireless communication systems. •Proven knowledge and experience with routers, enabling you to contribute effectively to the testing and evaluation of network infrastructure. Responsibilities As part of the team, you will: You will learn how to implement and maintain a test bench, to execute the test plan, to integrate a network management system like Nokia NSP, to analyze test results and software traces, to write and to monitor anomalies using Nokia ticketing system (such as Jira). Cover different tests areas are covered and developed: Hardware testing, radio propagation testing, networking, Ethernet protocols. You will develop all the technical skills required to be autonomous in all the above domains with a continuous support of a Senior Network Integration Engineer Collaborate closely with system architects, firmware and software designers to develop and fine-tune the test strategy, constantly supported by a Senior Network Integration Engineer. Execute test plans, both manual and automated, to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Contribute to the automation of manual tests, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Work as part of a team in implementing and maintaining a test bench, ensuring a smooth testing process. Ensure continuous improvement of practices, methodologies, and tools.
