The Lead Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest who comes through the door, as well as supporting the team under the guidance of the Salon Manager. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceeding standards in guest services, phone etiquette, and product and service recommendations.

This role also requires travel between locations to support our Front Bar team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
• Be proficient in the POS system and stay updated on ongoing in-store promotions.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store at all times.

Experience

• Guest Service Experience: 1 year (required)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Salon Experience (preferred)
• Current Esthetic Students (preferred)

$17-20/hr plus eligible for 15% net product commissions plus membership and package sale bonuses of $5-$40 per sale.
