Perform interior design assignments that include assistance in programming client needs, space planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
Participate in the recommendation, selection, and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting
Perform submittal reviews in coordination with assigned project manager
Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
Coordinate with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators
Provide team leadership for junior staff members
Assist in ensuring design intent is incorporated into the construction documentation
Assist in facilitating & producing accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of project
Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction
Perform quality control and review of construction documents
Ensure construction documents meet all current applicable building codes and technical standards
Ensure Collective’s design standards are implemented throughout construction document set
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in corporate interior design or a related field Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other modeling software programs Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Proficient in furniture coordination, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques Qualified applicants please submit resume to: #J-18808-Ljbffr
