As a part of this team, you will be involved in:
Building
next-generation manufacturing platforms
that reduce defects, boost throughput, and enhance safety across Fords global factories. Design and develop
high-performance applications and services
for real-time factory orchestration and diagnostics. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsembedded systems, hardware engineers, and data scientiststo bring the digital twin of Fords factory to life. Contribute to
real-time insight generation
that allows operators and machines to make proactive decisions. Participate in developing
Fords first in-house diagnostics platform
for real-time assembly insights. Qualifications 58 years of experience building full-stack applications in production environments, with proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend frameworks including Node.js, Python, or Go 2 years experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and API design (REST/GraphQL) 2 years experience deploying and maintaining applications in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) 1 year experience working with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.) Preferred additional experience Exposure to real-time systems or manufacturing data workflows Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, hardware, and project engineering teams We encourage candidates who may not check every box or whose experience looks different from what we've outlined to apply if they believe they can bring value to Ford Motor Company.
