From escrow analysis and tax payments to investor tasks and payment processing — you’ll be part of the financial engine that keeps dreams of homeownership running smoothly.

You'll dive into the details — loan documents, flood insurance, escrow accounts… you're the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps it all together. You’ll get to communicate with customers, co-workers, and investors to solve problems and deliver top-notch service. You’ll enjoy the satisfaction of a well-balanced general ledger (yes, we know that’s exciting to the right person ).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Entering and reviewing loan information in our Core system. Tracking insurance & flood policies, and handling escrow analysis. Posting payments and payoffs, and initiating ACH transactions. Disbursing taxes and insurance premiums — with laser precision. Assisting customers and internal teams with accuracy and care. Clearing document exceptions and reconciling accounts like a boss. Staying on top of training and compliance like it’s second nature.

What You Bring to the Table:

For Level I:

High School Diploma (or equivalent). 2+ years of experience in financial institutions.

For Level II:

2+ years of mortgage servicing, documentation, or production. Bonus: Accounting experience can substitute for 1 year of servicing.

For Level III:

3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry. Extra credit for accounting chops! Will train new employees and lead cross-training.

Skills That Make You Shine:

Strong written & verbal communication (talking and typing, basically). Comfortable with compliance, confidential info, and technical lingo. Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed. Skilled with Excel, Word, Outlook, and balancing accounts (your jam).
