Solution Consultant (Hybrid‑Atlanta, GA)
Join Togetherwork as a Solution Consultant in a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA (2–3 days a week). You will serve as the primary point of contact from post‑sale onboarding through customer success graduation, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that drives adoption, loyalty, and expansion.
What You’ll Do The Solution Consultant will:
Customer Outreach:
Proactively engage customers post‑sale to deliver high‑quality onboarding, working with Configuration Specialists.
Feature Promotion:
Educate customers on core platform features, coaching them on optimizing workflows to maximize usage and revenue.
Training & Webinars:
Conduct tailored training sessions and webinars to guide effective platform usage.
Feedback Collection:
Gather and relay customer feedback to refine configuration and drive adoption.
Data Analysis:
Monitor usage patterns, identifying opportunities for outreach and training.
Retention Strategies:
Identify at‑risk accounts and implement strategies to enhance experience and prevent churn.
Reporting:
Update the Customer Success Lead on interactions, feature adoption rates, and significant feedback.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, support, implementation or account management.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
Experience with HubSpot and Monday.com is a plus.
Background in SaaS is preferred.
