Associate Attorney – Commercial and Corporate Law

Base Pay Range $115,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details Established Reputable Law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of civil litigation experience and 1+ year covering first‑party/third‑party insurance coverage. Licensure in both NC and SC is required, or ability to obtain both within the first year of employment is required. This role is a 50/50 split between insurance coverage and insurance defense.

Requirements

2+ years of litigation experience

1-2 years of first/third party insurance coverage experience

Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Must obtain NC & SC licensure within 1 year if not already held

Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a team‑oriented environment
