Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience as Joint Ops Planner; complete working knowledge of JPP/relevant tools Minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. U.S. citizenship required. Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance. Minimum specialized education in military joint ops planning through JPME II from a CJCS-accredited program listed in CJCSI 1800.01E. JIOPC, or similar planning courses may be substituted for JPME II. Highly organized, flexible multitasker; strong attention to detail/organization; excellent communication skills. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated initiative solving problems in past roles and responsibilities. Four years of planning experience may be substituted with completion of an advanced Service planner school (SAMS, SAASS, JAWS, etc.) Desired Qualifications

Prior cyber planning and operational experience at Combatant command/Cyber component/team levels. Operational/planning cyber-related certification courses. Benefits

Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyberspace Joint Ops Planner to join our USCYBERCOM team located in the Fort Meade, MD area. Responsibilities

Conduct operational-to-strategic joint cyber operations planning; provides input for development of plans, orders and related documents that enable CNMF to conduct supported Cyber Operations (CO) and Information Operations (IO) in accordance with USCYBERCOM Campaign Plans. Participates in Joint Strategic Planning Groups, Operational Planning Groups/Teams and Assessment Working Groups; develops and integrates cyber capabilities into plans and operations supporting Cyber Command/other supported Commands. Applies operational art/design to develop plans to achieve desired intermediate objectives and end states; develops orders; helps orchestrate/support execution and assessments; adjusts plans as needed. Collaborates with cyber intelligence planners to establish intelligence requirements; understands and evaluates current and emerging threats shaping and affecting tasked mission areas of responsibility. Facilitates C2, employment and support requirements for National Mission Teams, Combat Mission Teams, Combat Support Teams, Cyber Protect Teams, and other mission-tailored operational elements. Maintains knowledge and understanding of available and developmental operational capabilities, and Mission Relevant Terrain – in Cyberspace (MRT – C) germane to CNMF operations. Monitors/reviews strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher echelon headquarters; makes recommendations to help establish most effective guidance for plans/operations. Develops and helps integrate cyberspace capabilities into training and exercises as required.
