Universal Health Institute is an integrative care clinic offering alternative medicine that includes chiropractic, physical therapy, clinical massage therapy, psychotherapy, acupuncture and more. We have an energetic staff focused on wellness and healing from the inside‑out, and we’re seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to round out our customer service team. Responsibilities
The position is primarily patient‑interactive (70%) with administrative support (30%) using healthcare office software. Key duties include greeting patients, managing appointments, coordinating patient flow, handling phone inquiries, recording patient data, assisting patients with insurance and payment, and supporting the front office team to maintain a friendly, efficient environment. Qualifications
Experience in the health field (fitness, health club or healthcare focus) required. Experience communicating health goals to patients and helping direct them to appropriate services. Strong interpersonal skills, a green attitude, and a passion for preventive medicine. Ability to organize time and resources, helping patients make the most of their care and insurance. How to Apply
