As a Sales Leader, you will manage and develop a team of Account Executives focused on selling Salesforce’s Partner Relationship Management (PRM), PRM+, and Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) solutions. Your team will engage existing customers and new leads to sell these specialized channel solutions, participate and lead client and prospect meetings—often at the C‑level—and collaborate cross‑functionally with internal partners and corporate resources. You will mentor and develop your sales team, recruiting, hiring, and training new members on the sales process and the specifics of PRM+, ChRM, and the value proposition of growing revenue via partners. You will report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management, consistently monitoring team activity and tracking results. Key responsibilities include leading demand generation activities for these solutions, driving customer awareness and engagement around Salesforce’s partner solutions, and developing successful sales campaigns for PRM+, ChRM, and related offerings. You must lead complex client concerns, collaborate cross‑functionally, and build corporate relationships and executive engagement. This role will focus on customers in segments such as SMB, Enterprise, Select, or Key accounts, across industries including Telecommunications, Media, Technology, High Tech Manufacturing, Software, Cybersecurity, Finance, Automotive, Energy, Consumer Goods, Medical Device, and Chemical Manufacturers. 4+ years of sales leadership experience, leading a team of seven or more quota‑carrying salespeople. Proven experience in leading Account Executives. Consistent track record of building successful teams. Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills, capable of engaging at the C‑level. Strong negotiation skills. Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Strong leadership capabilities. Experience in sales coaching and mentoring. Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, team environment. Drive for results. Strong engagement and communication skills. Consultative selling experience. Collaborative influencer in a “win as a team” environment. Resourceful. Trusted advisor to customers and colleagues. Courageous communicator. Prior experience within Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
