Job ID: Coverage Details:• Coverage needed per month 24hr / hourly shifts / shifts call etc: 4 tens a week• Frequency of any Call needed: Home call once a week.• Schedule Details: start / end times days of the week etc 7am to 5pm 4 days a weekWork Details:• Support staff: One Anesthesia tech• Department Description: 6• Patient Volume: 200 a week• Patient Age Group: 15-100• EMR/Documentation System: EPIC• Special Procedures/Unit Details: BREAD AND BUTTER daily mix of general obgyn ENT ortho• Special Equipment Used: ANESTHESIA EQUIPMENTRequirements:• Are Board Certifications Req’d?: NBCRNA• Which State Licenses Req’d?: SC• Certifications Req’d?
