Base Pay Range
$16.00 - $23.00 per hour.
Position Summary At Sam’s Club, members choose to purchase fruits & vegetables for the quality, freshness, and low cost we offer. As a member of the produce team, you’ll make important decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families eat by ensuring availability, cleanliness, and freshness. You will be in the front‑lines of customer service – your smile makes a difference and you can help enhance the member’s shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Maintain a positive attitude by greeting, thanking, and smiling at members.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting members across the club.
Keep the work area clean, neat, and member‑ready.
Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
Maintain inventory to avoid out‑of‑stock and over‑stock situations.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Experience with produce products or a passion for produce is preferred.
Member satisfaction is a top priority.
Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly to different work scenarios.
Curious, creative thinker who drives change through out‑of‑box thinking.
Effective communication skills and the ability to positively influence team members.
Willing to lead by example.
Commitment to completing all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
