Location: San Diego, CA (in‑home and center‑based work)
Employment Type: Full‑time (30+ hours)

Responsibilities
Provide ABA therapy to clients in center‑based or home‑based settings (paid training provided).
Teach communication, social, and self‑help skills in individual or small group sessions.
Collect data to monitor progress and provide written and verbal updates on treatment goals.
Adhere to all policies, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards.
Maintain safety and hygiene practices, including the use of PPE and small work groups.
Communicate clearly with clients, families, and colleagues, both orally and in writing.
Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to expand knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience with children having autism spectrum disorders and/or related disabilities, OR currently enrolled in a college/university with two years of exposure.
Valid background check (including criminal history and driving record).
Pay $25.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as an RBT. For billable client hours, receive $22 per hour; for non‑billable hours, receive $18.
Availability Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. The role is primarily in‑home; occasional commuting to the San Diego center is required for training.
