Overview

Epic implements software that saves lives. As a Project Manager, you will lead impactful projects that improve patient care across the most innovative health systems on the planet, including Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, and major academic medical centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead software installations, ensuring successful go‑live with Epic’s solutions.
• Present to hospital leadership and coordinate end‑user training.
• Provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers transition to new software.
• Travel across the US (and abroad) as necessary (25–60% travel).
• Make autonomous decisions with full support and guidance from the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days, usually 1–2 trips per month lasting 2–4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination status required.
• No software experience required.
