Location: Berkley, CA Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation:
$320,000–$330,000 per year
Job Summary: We are hiring a Family Practice Physician to provide high-quality primary care and clinical leadership within a busy community health clinic serving a diverse adult and family population.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and behavioral health staff to deliver coordinated, team-based care.
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, performance review processes, and clinical protocol development.
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution; board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Prior experience in a community health or underserved setting preferred. Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
