Location: Remote, US
Duration: 15 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources, providing insights to inform decision-making
Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to inform business strategy
Develop forecasts, recommendations, and strategic plans based on business data and market knowledge
Create specifications (Source to Target Mapping) for data products, reports, and analysis based on business needs and available data elements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop sustainable data products
Document and communicate system and analytics changes to the business, translating complex functionality into business-relevant language
Validate key performance indicators and build queries to measure business performance
Develop data governance standards from data ingestion to product dictionaries and documentation
Develop SQL queries and data visualizations to fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting needs
Use data mining and statistical analysis to extract insights from datasets and identify correlations and patterns
Monitor data quality and provide recommendations to remove corrupt data
Work independently and take initiative to identify, explore, and solve problems
WHAT YOU BRING Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with data governance, data quality, and data validation
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
Experience with Data modeling techniques & building models
Experience with data mining and statistical analysis
Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and solve problems
Nice to Have:
Experience with data product development and data architecture
Knowledge of standard methodologies in reporting and analysis, such as data integrity, unit testing, and data quality control
Experience working with SAP S4 and navigating its data structures
Experience with high-volume data processing and big data technologies
Certification in data analysis or a related field, Databricks preferred
