We seek an enthusiastic Junior Full Stack Developer with 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent practical experience, in front-end, back-end, and SQL/database development. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and contribute across all development lifecycle stages, from coding to release management. The Contributions You'll Make
Collaborate with senior developers to design, build, test, and deploy web applications. Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Assist in developing RESTful APIs. Build responsive UIs with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Develop server-side logic and core application components. Maintain API endpoints and data integration using SQL. Document code, systems, and processes. Create user guides and technical notes. Support testing, troubleshooting, and code reviews. Assist with deployment, version control, and environment coordination. Participate in agile practices and continuously improve skills. Knowledge & Experience
1-3 years in software development or relevant projects. Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and development lifecycle. Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js). Exposure to server-side languages like C# or Python. Basic SQL and relational database experience. Familiarity with GIT and CI/CD workflows. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn new technologies. Preferred Skills
Investment Management background is a strong plus. Compensation
Expected salary range: $67,700 - $112,850 USD annually, with incentives based on performance. Actual offers depend on location, experience, and other factors. Benefits & Culture
