We’re looking for a hands‑on, field‑focused recruiter who knows the construction/home improvement world and can spot top‑notch installers for windows, doors, siding, soffit, fascia, and other exterior trades. This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be out meeting people, visiting job sites, trade schools, supply houses, community events, and multiple company locations. If you love the trades and enjoy connecting with great talent, this role is for you. Some travel required (day trips + occasional overnights).
