We are seeking a receptionist/office assistant who will maintain a professional image of the firm by providing a favorable first impression to clients and visitors.

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate party in a timely manner.
Welcome visitors upon arrival and announce them to respective attorneys, legal assistants, and other support staff in a timely manner.
Maintain visitor's log, accept/sort mail and packages.
Oversee Maricopa County Trip Reduction Program for the firm.
Create weekly reception schedule.
Maintain a clean and organized reception environment at all times.
Assist hospitality as needed with preparing for events, such as internal visitor arrivals and client meetings.
Maintain and update internal staff documentation such as reception directory, photo directory, reception training manuals, and internal visitor reports.
Manage and keep notary files up to date, including tracking notary expiration dates and filing applications.
Provide additional support and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent) along with 2 years of related experience. Professional services experience preferred.
Exceptional technical skills required including knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel and Adobe Professional.
Strong organizational, communication and client service skills.
Must be detail oriented, excellent grammar and spelling skills.
The ability to multi-task and work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment is essential.
Provide outstanding customer service and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Experience with multi‑line switchboard and entry‑level PC skills required.
