Job Overview
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, handling visitor registration, answering calls, managing mail, and ensuring resident safety. The position is available on a part‑time basis with potential for full‑time benefits.

Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role includes team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs phone calls to the appropriate residents and staff.
Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, performs basic office/clerical functions, and maintains visitor logs.
Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
Qualifications
Brookdale looks for candidates who can perform all tasks described in the Responsibilities section with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Prior reception or customer service experience is preferred.
