What you’ll do
Run a factory in SF
Hit the numbers
Q3: 5 000 Omi units in the U.S.
Q4: ramp to 30 k; 2026 target: 200 k.
Source every component—Li-Po, PCBs, plastics
China push trips when a supplier needs a face on the line.
Build the team: recruit techs, SMT operators, incoming‑QC contractors.
You’re right for this if
You’ve taken at least one consumer product to ≥1 000 shipped units (wearable, IoT, CE, robotics—volume matters).
Can read a BOM and know the broker who’ll overnight the hard‑to‑find part.
Comfortable leading line techs on Monday and hand‑soldering rework on Tuesday.
Thrive in a 6‑day, in‑person startup shop; get restless without high throughput.
Compensation
1 % – 5 % equity
