Skills Required: General Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Dunkin' location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a fast-paced restaurant environment and leading a team to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to: staffing, training, inventory management, customer service, and financial performance Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with Dunkin' standards Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, accountability, and open communication Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen and financial management skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
