Overview Sprout is a global IT hardware retirement provider for hyperscaler and enterprise clients. GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re currently hiring a Senior Account Manager to help identify and drive additional revenue in an established base of large global accounts. Our Senior Account Manager will have a proven track record of success overseeing various accounts and expanding growth opportunities.

Preferred in Mountain and Pacific Time Zone

Must have experience selling Data Center products or services into the Tech industry.

Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Seek and create opportunities to expand business with current clients’ identifying further business needs and present a solution.

Develop and implement an action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively grow established accounts.

Regularly interact with executives of major clients.

Analyze existing and anticipated client needs and promote company services to meet such requirements.

Understand prospective client’s culture, product portfolio, competitive position, financial state, investment plan, organization structure and key decision makers.

Function as liaison between clients and internal operations staff.

Qualifications EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently.

Minimum of 10 years’ related experience with the world’s largest market cap companies

Experience selling multi-million-dollar, multi-year solutions in large data centers

Previous experience working within the ITAD industry is preferred

Experience working within an OEM or VAR preferred

Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization.

Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Environment

100% Remote

% Onsite office environment/ non-air-conditioned warehouse

% Travel annually
