Job Description

PositionSummary:

TheTalent Acquisition (TA) Partner collaborates with business leaders andhiring managers on the recruitment and selection of candidates for openpositions across the company, as well as proactive talent sourcing forfuture staffing needs. This role manages more complex roles to includesales, information technology, management and other niche positions. TheTA Partner also manages a high volume of recruitment opportunities.

Responsibilitiesinclude to attract, source, screen and recommend top talent to the companythrough proactive networking, facilitation of job postings, development oftalent pipelines and deployment of talent acquisition campaigns thatelevate the quality of candidates and new team members selected to jointhe organization.

Thisrole will manage talent acquisition processes and actively drive workflowsto ensure effective candidate management through timely screening,selection and onboarding. The TA Partner will consult with hiring managersto make good hiring decisions that upgrade the skills, capability andoverall caliber of the Fay team.

Thisposition works with the TA Specialist to manage the candidate lifecyclefrom requisition to onboarding, curating the candidate experience onbehalf of the company. The TA Partner may also participate in processre-engineering and/or drive projects to improve the workflow andcapabilities of the Talent Acquisition Team.

Managethe recruitment life cycle to include the sourcing, screening,qualification, selection and onboarding of talent in partnership withbusiness leaders and hiring managers for assigned business units and/ordepartments.

Workindependently, effectively managing volume, diversity and complexity ofroles as assigned.

Proactivelysource talent and facilitate exploratory conversations in anticipation offuture staffing needs; recommend candidates and coordinate businessengagement.

Buildand maintain effective relationships with hiring managers across thecompany; serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for talentsourcing and screening. Consult on interview and selection decisions.

Proactivelynetwork candidates, facilitate job postings, and utilize online sources toelevate the quality of candidates presented to managers, and subsequentnew team members selected to join the organization.

Managethe intake of new requisitions, review job data, audit for accuracy andpartner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist on the requisition approvaland posting process. Assist with postings and serve as a back-up asneeded.

Activelytrack, manage and report on requisition and candidate data within theApplicant Tracking System (ATS); ensure diligence and regular review ofupdates and information recorded.

Ensurecompliance with talent acquisition processes, diligence in utilizingdesignated platforms, data integrity and timely provision of reporting toall key stakeholders for the process.

Participatein process re-engineering and/or drive projects to improve the workflowand capabilities of the Talent Acquisition Team.

Developeffective partnerships with HR colleagues and other business partnersacross the Shared Services organization to ensure a web of support forcandidates and internal clients.

Managethe offer process with both hiring managers and candidates; negotiateterms; provide timely communications, anticipate needs and ensure apositive candidate experience on behalf of the company.

Trackand report on candidate and requisition activities; prepare ad-hocreporting and provide staffing updates on open requisitions as needed.

Developdomain knowledge of Fay’s business to include an understanding oforganizational objectives.

Ensurecompliance with Fay’s policies, processes, and practices. Successfullycomplete all department and company required training.

Requirements

QualificationsRequired: (Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required to be consideredfor the job)

Bachelor’sdegree (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High Schooldiploma/GED) with 3+ years direct recruitment experience

Experiencerecruiting for multiple levels of roles across multiple disciplines, amatrixed environment and a distributed workforce

Previousexperience successfully recruiting for Sales and/or Technology roles,positions of complexity and senior level opportunities

FinancialServices or Mortgage Industry experience preferred

Strongproject management skills with demonstrated project management experiencespecifically focused on new process implementation or processre-engineering

Knowledgeof federal/ state employment laws and regulatory requirements with abilityto appropriately apply them and exercise judgement within

Experiencewith and adept at utilizing ATS platforms, UltiPro/ UKG a plus
